About the Opportunity

Own the full accounts payable cycle from invoice receipt through payment, including coding and matching invoices to cost centers, entering transactions into the accounting system, and executing check runs and electronic transfers on schedule.
Maintain vendor relationships and the integrity of vendor master data, including new vendor setup, banking information verification, monthly statement reconciliations, and timely resolution of invoice discrepancies.
Support the month-end close process through account reconciliations, journal entries, and AP reporting, while providing documentation and assistance during internal and external audits.

About You

At least two years of hands-on accounts payable or full-cycle accounting experience, with a solid understanding of AP processes including three-way matching, expense reporting, and payment runs.
Technically proficient with spreadsheet tools and comfortable working within an ERP or accounting platform; experience with multiple systems is an asset.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a high volume of transactions accurately, prioritize competing deadlines, and communicate professionally with both internal teams and external vendors.

Pay Range
$28 - $31 per hour
