We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to join our team in Canada. This role is vital in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting our company's financial health. Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare and input purchase orders.
- Maintain and update Sage accounting software
- Support data entry and account analysis tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Assist in year-end closing procedures.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in payroll processing tools such as ADP
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
- Knowledge of budgeting and account analysis.
- Good math skills and familiarity with accounting principles.
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
