Wilson’s Transportation is a locally owned and operated ground transportation and logistics provider delivering safe, reliable service across multiple communities on Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland. In operation since 1962, we are a trusted provider known for our exceptional service, transporting groups large and small from one destination to another – safely and on time.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinatorto support our senior leadership team in covering a wide range of tasks. This role is an in-office position based in Langford and plays a key part in ensuring the smooth coordination of executive activities and operations across multiple departments and locations.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment and demonstrates strong judgement, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation of reports and presentations
Coordinate with Operations/Maintenance to track priorities, support reporting, and ensure cross-functional alignment
Serve as a central point of contact, managing communications, business partner coordination, and executive correspondence
Support sales and customer service functions, including data entry, inbox management, and responding to inquiries as needed
Support HR and finance coordination and assist with general administrative needs across departments
Maintain office systems and administration, including document control, supplies, equipment, and process improvements

What we are looking for:

1-3 years of administrative or office support experience
Post-secondary education in Business or Office Administration is an asset
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Professional, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Customer service or sales experience is an asset
Class 5 driver’s license is an asset, occasional travel between locations may be required
