We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team. The primary focus of this role will be to coordinate and support the recruitment process in partnership with hiring managers, from identifying staffing needs through candidate selection and onboarding. The position will also provide support across key HR functions, including onboarding, employee records, benefits, HR administration, and employee relations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, maintains confidentiality, communicates effectively, builds strong relationships with hiring managers and employees, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Familiarity with AI-powered tools and the ability to leverage technology to improve recruitment, streamline HR processes, and enhance overall efficiency will be considered a strong asset.
Day-to-Day Activity:
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle with hiring managers, from identifying staffing needs through candidate selection and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, qualifications, and staffing needs.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on appropriate recruitment platforms.
- Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screening, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with reference checks, employment offers, and required hiring documentation.
- Coordinate new-hire onboarding and ensure required documentation, orientation, and training are completed.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and employee files.
- Maintain employee information and records in ADP and assist with HR reporting.
- Assist employees with general HR inquiries, benefits, leaves, policies, and employment documentation.
- Support the communication and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Support HR projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma, preferably in a human resources, administrative, or business-related field
- 2 years of experience in a human resources environment or related field preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, experience working effectively in a team environment
- You demonstrate tact, diplomacy, trust, and discretion handling sensitive and confidential information
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to emerging technologies, including AI tools, to improve workplace efficiency.
