Eaton’s ES AMER MFGSC division is currently seeking two (2) Material Handlers to join our team. This position is based at our Mississauga, Ontario Distribution Center in a unionized environment . The hourly rate for this position is $$22.76 Plus Shift Premium of $0.80 per hour per hour.

Job Overview:
The Material Handler is primarily responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and moving materials within the warehouse. This position primarily supports the Receiving Department while also assisting with picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and general warehouse operations. The successful candidate will work safely and efficiently using warehouse equipment, SAP, and RF scanning technology.
Basic Requirements of Position:
- Safely receive, unload, inspect, and break down incoming loads using reach trucks and other material handling equipment.
- Use SAP and RF guns for receiving, picking orders, and put-away transactions.
- Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate Forklifts, Reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other authorized equipment safely must be licensed .
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies..
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg) without assistance.
- Ability to occasionally lift heavier items with assistance or appropriate material handling equipment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
