What You'll Do
As a Roofing Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for growing your own territory while helping homeowners protect one of their biggest investments.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct professional in-home consultations with homeowners.
- Perform roof inspections and identify roofing concerns.
- Present customized roofing solutions, warranties, financing options, and insurance guidance.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals.
- Confidently ask for and close the sale.
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, neighbourhood marketing, community involvement, and door-to-door prospecting.
- Follow up consistently with homeowners throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with our production and office teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Represent Rydel Roofing with professionalism, honesty, and integrity.

Requirements
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Smartphone or tablet
- Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof inspections
- Evening and occasional weekend availability
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
