Danijel & Co. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Lead Operational Developer (AI Full-Stack Developer & IT Manager) to design, produce, and maintain dynamic, functional websites, application and managed services. In this role, you will work closely with clients our development and creative team to bring concepts to life, ensuring high-quality user experiences and visually appealing designs. You will also oversee a team of digital marketer, web, stack developers, managing projects from conception to completion.
Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile Lead Operational Developer (AI Full-Stack Developer & IT Manager) to lead the architecture, development, and deployment of our intelligent software applications, Website Site Development while overseeing our Internal/External IT infrastructure & Network.
In this role, you will be responsible for building end-to-end web applications & Web-Sites embedded with advanced AI features . Simultaneously, you will ensure our cloud environments, IT systems, and security protocols are reliable, scalable, and secure. You are a builder who thrives at the intersection of product engineering, artificial intelligence, and systems administration.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
- Establish best practices for clean code, system architecture, data privacy, and ethical AI deployment.
- Act as the technical bridge between engineering, product teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for codebases, system workflows, and IT protocols.
- Lead a cross-functional team of developers and SEO specialists, including task planning, estimation, and delivery management.
- Mentor team members through coaching, code review, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure deadlines, internal schedules, and client deliverables are consistently met.
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, including accounts, security, and licensing.
- Manage 3CX phone system configuration and support.
- Deploy and maintain infrastructure on DigitalOcean and AWS, including virtual machines, containers, and hosting environments.
- Act as the escalation point for urgent technical issues, leading root-cause analysis and preventive measures.
AI & Full-Stack Application Development
- Frontend & Backend: Design, build, and maintain scalable, production-ready web and mobile applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js, Node.js, Python/FastAPI).
- AI & LLM Integration: Integrate generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), custom APIs, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines into product features.
- Agentic Architectures: Build and test autonomous and human-in-the-loop AI workflows and tools using orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Database Architecture: Manage and optimize relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate) for high-performance AI query handling.
IT Infrastructure & Systems Administration
- Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps: Oversee cloud resource management across AWS, GCP, or Azure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- CI/CD & MLOps: Maintain automated CI/CD deployment pipelines, model evaluation, and application monitoring to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- External/Internal IT & Security: Supervise company-wide IT operations, access controls (IAM, SSO), network security, data protection/compliance, and hardware/software provisioning.
- Ensure deadlines, internal schedules, and client deliverables are consistently met.
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, including accounts, security, and licensing.
- Manage VOIP like “3CX phone system” configuration and support.
- Deploy and maintain infrastructure on DigitalOcean and AWS, including virtual machines, containers, and hosting environments.
- Act as the escalation point for urgent technical issues, leading root-cause analysis and preventive measures.
Business operations
- Handle day-to-day technical administration, including Stripe payment management, subscription and software expense tracking, and vendor tooling.
- Triage and resolve client support tickets, keeping response and resolution times high.
- Recommend and evaluate tooling decisions that affect cost, reliability, and team efficiency.
- Client engagement
- Meet with clients directly to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Advise on theme selection, platform choices, and development approach for client website projects.
- Communicate technical decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience
- 4+ years of professional experience in Full-Stack Web Development.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience developing AI/ML-driven features or integrated LLM application stacks.
- 2+ years managing cloud infrastructure, IT operations, or DevOps environments.
Technical Core
- Languages: Python (Primary for AI/Backend), TypeScript / JavaScript, SQL.
- Frontend: React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular; HTML5/CSS3.
- Backend Frameworks: FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, or Django.
- AI / ML Ecosystem: PyTorch or TensorFlow, OpenAI/Anthropic/Open-Source APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vector DBs (Pinecone, Chroma, Qdrant).
- Cloud & IT Infrastructure: AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), Linux Administration.
- Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset with high autonomy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining security standards.
Education:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer certification.
- Experience with fine-tuning open-source LLMs (e.g., Llama, Mistral) or running local inference servers (vLLM, Ollama).
- Experience with enterprise compliance frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR).
