Customer Service Representative (Temporary to Permanent)

About Our Client

Our client is a leading national manufacturer and coast-to-coast distributor of premium exterior building products and residential siding. What You Will Be Doing, as a Customer Service Representative:

Serving as the primary point of contact for dealers, builders, and contractors, ensuring a positive experience.
Processing incoming orders accurately and efficiently within the internal inventory system.
Responding to customer inquiries regarding product pricing, availability, and delivery schedules via phone and email.
Coordinating closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to track shipments and resolve order discrepancies.
Preparing quotes and managing customer files with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Other duties as assigned.

What You Should Have, as a Customer Service Representative:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service, order desk, or administrative role (experience in building materials or distribution is a major asset).
High level of attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to represent the company professionally.
Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer proficiency, including experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and order entry databases.
Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
Must pass a criminal background check.

In Return, You Will Receive:

$24.00 per hour
Paid weekly, every Tuesday.
Excellent opportunity for permanent hire with a premier national brand.
4% vacation pay – accrued and paid out when you need it.
A stable, consistent daytime schedule with weekends off.
Access to a Vertical Representative Monday to Friday 8am to 11pm and on weekends.

The Shift You Will be Working is:

Monday to Friday
8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Consistent day shift with no evening or weekend work required.

Where You Will Be Working, as a Customer Service Representative:

Main Intersection: 72nd Ave SE and Barlow Trail SE (Calgary, AB)
Accessibility: While Calgary Transit options are available nearby, having a reliable personal vehicle is highly recommended due to the location within the industrial business park.
