Canyon Creek Toyota is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Product Advisor to join our dealership team. As the first point of contact of our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming, informative, and enjoyable vehicle purchasing experience.
Whether you're an experienced sales advisor or looking to start a career in automotive sales, we want to hear from you. We're looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, are driven to achieve results, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service. Schedule: This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week. Due to the nature of dealership operations, flexibility to work weekends is required.

Pay Range: Commission structure.

This role reports to the General Sales Manager of the dealership.

A day in the Life
As a Product Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchase journey, while delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the Toyota brand.

Welcome and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner, both in store and through phone and online inquiries.
Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
Present pricing, financing options, and assist in structuring deals in collaboration with management.
Maintain accurate and consistent follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and customer relationships.
Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless handover experience.
Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up to date on OEM features, technology, and market trends.
Contribute to team success by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Success in this role comes from consistent effort, strong follow up habits, and the ability to build trust with customers.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Eligible to obtain a AMVIC license.
Must be available all days of the week, including evenings and weekends. Shifts will average 40 hours per week.
Strong work ethic with a high level of energy and motivation to succeed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Highly organized with the ability to multi task and follow up consistently.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast paced sales environment.
Previous sales or customer service experience is a strong asset, but not required.
