Canyon Creek Toyota is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Product Advisor to join our dealership team. As the first point of contact of our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming, informative, and enjoyable vehicle purchasing experience.

Schedule: This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week. Due to the nature of dealership operations, flexibility to work weekends is required.
Pay Range: Commission structure.
This role reports to the General Sales Manager of the dealership.
A day in the Life
As a Product Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchase journey, while delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the Toyota brand.
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner, both in store and through phone and online inquiries.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Present pricing, financing options, and assist in structuring deals in collaboration with management.
- Maintain accurate and consistent follow up using CRM tools to manage leads and customer relationships.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless handover experience.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up to date on OEM features, technology, and market trends.
- Contribute to team success by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Success in this role comes from consistent effort, strong follow up habits, and the ability to build trust with customers.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Eligible to obtain a AMVIC license.
- Must be available all days of the week, including evenings and weekends. Shifts will average 40 hours per week.
- Strong work ethic with a high level of energy and motivation to succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi task and follow up consistently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast paced sales environment.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a strong asset, but not required.
