Evergreen Wellness Studio is a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinic located in downtown Whitehorse. We bring together massage therapy and physiotherapy in a supportive, team-based environment rooted in high-quality care, clinical integrity, and genuine collaboration.

We are looking for a Registered Massage Therapist and/or a Physiotherapist who wants more than just a job. Someone who is excited to build a meaningful practice, be part of a grounded and supportive team, and create a lifestyle that extends beyond the treatment room.

The Position
We are seeking a Registered Massage Therapist and/or a Physiotherapist to join our clinic as an independent contractor.
This is an in-person role based in Whitehorse, Yukon. You must be willing to relocate.
We want to be very clear about this so we respect everyone's time. We are only considering candidates who are genuinely open to relocating and building a life here.
What Your Work Will Look Like
Clinical expectations include:
- Providing a minimum of 16 client hours per week
- Performing thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Delivering evidence-informed, outcomes-focused care
- Providing homecare strategies, exercises, stretches, and movement recommendations when appropriate
- Maintaining clear, professional clinical notes
- Communicating and collaborating with other practitioners when appropriate
- Participating in a team environment where ideas, insights, and support are shared
Schedule & Structure
- Flexible schedule, typically between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm
- No weekends required, although you are welcome to work them if you prefer
- You have autonomy over your schedule within clinic hours
- We are ideally looking for someone interested in a longer-term commitment of 1 year or more

- Is confident creating treatment plans and adapting them as needed
- Has a strong therapeutic mindset and enjoys clinical reasoning

- Has strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Can read the room, knowing when to connect and when to hold quiet, focused space
- Is self-directed and comfortable with the independence of contractor work
- Is curious, open to learning, and values ongoing professional growth
- We are looking for clinicians who value active, evidence-informed care and enjoy combining manual therapy with progressive exercise prescription. Our focus is on empowering clients through movement and education rather than relying primarily on passive modalities.

Compensation & What We Provide
- 75/25 split, with you keeping 75 percent of your earnings
- Independent contractor position
- Administrative support for scheduling and client communication
- Jane App booking system and payment processing
- Utilities, internet, heating, and general overhead covered
- Fully equipped treatment rooms
- Access to a small gym space for client care, including dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, a squat rack, and a functional cable machine
- Appointments ranging from 30 to 60 minutes, allowing ample time to work with patients without rushing
- Shared laundry facilities with rotating responsibilities
- Weekend cleaning service
- A consistent and strong client base
