About 100 Ways
100 Ways began in the corner of a desk at our sister company, Canada Gold, rescuing beautiful gold jewellery pieces from the melting pile. What started as a project rooted in curiosity quickly became a way to preserve craftsmanship, history, and meaning through fine jewellery.
Today, 100 Ways curates vintage, antique, and contemporary jewellery, working with pieces that already carry a story and preparing them for their next chapter. Sustainability, expertise, and thoughtful storytelling are at the heart of everything we do.
Every piece we share has a past. How we choose to tell those stories is central to our brand.
We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist to help shape how 100 Ways shows up across social media and our broader marketing channels.
This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, creation, publishing, community engagement, and performance. Working from established brand strategy and campaign direction, you’ll take ownership of translating ideas into engaging, consistent content that builds brand awareness, strengthens our community, and supports business growth.
You’ll own social content from planning through execution , developing content calendars, capturing and editing photo and video, publishing across platforms, monitoring performance, and continually refining what we create based on what resonates with our audience.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing team and collaborate with Client Care, product teams, paid media partners, creators, and other internal and external partners to ensure our content is aligned with the 100 Ways brand and designed to work across multiple channels.
