Join Our Integrated Performance Team as a Physiotherapist
Are you an exercise-focused Physiotherapist who loves movement, sport, and active rehab?
Do you want to build your own practice within a collaborative, high-performance environment—not just rent a room and grind alone?
If that sounds like you, Continuum Health Centre might be exactly what you’re looking for.
Why Continuum? Our Unique Advantage
Continuum Health Centre isn’t a typical physio clinic.
We’re embedded inside Speed Mechanics—Victoria’s premier high-performance training facility—creating a truly integrated ecosystem where healthcare, strength & conditioning, and sports performance intersect every day.
As part of our team, you’ll have direct access to:
- A large, engaged client base of youth and collegiate athletes, weekend warriors, active adults, and teams
- An on-site team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, RMTs, strength & conditioning coaches, and mental performance coaches
- A fully equipped 6,500 sq.ft. performance gym, turf area, and sports science tools to support movement-based rehab and return-to-play
This is a place where you can grow your practice like an entrepreneur, without having to do everything alone. You’ll have support, mentorship, systems, and a steady flow of active clients—while still having the freedom to shape your own path.
About Us
At Continuum Health Centre, we’re redefining what integrated care looks like.
Our mission is to empower people to move better, recover stronger, and perform at their best, using an active, evidence-informed, and collaborative approach.
We are located on the traditional lands of the WSÁNEĆ and Lekwungen peoples. Our integrated facility includes:
- Private treatment rooms
- A classroom for workshops and education
- A full collegiate-style weight room, turf lane, and performance space shared with Speed Mechanics
- Access to tools like shockwave, EMS, force-plate testing, and return-to-play resources
Our clients range from post-op and persistent pain to high-performance and developing athletes. Many are active, motivated, and ready to work hard with you.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Registered Physiotherapist who is excited about exercise-based rehab, manual therapy, and long-term athlete/client development, and who wants to actively grow their practice in a team environment.
Ideal Candidates Are:
- Exercise-focused clinicians
- You love using the gym floor, loading progressions, and functional movement—not just passive modalities.
- Skilled or interested in manual therapy
- You use your hands, clinical reasoning, and communication to guide change and build trust.
- IMS / Dry Needling interest (asset)
- Already certified or keen to pursue training.
- Intrapreneurial & self-driven
- You take ownership of your schedule, caseload, and professional growth.
- You’re excited by the idea of building something with a team, not just clocking in.
- Collaborative by nature
- You enjoy working with S&C coaches, chiropractors, RMTs, and other physios.
- You see the value in case discussions, shared care, and integrated rehab → performance pathways.
- New grads or experienced physios
- New grads: you’re hungry for mentorship, coaching, and experience in a performance environment.
- Experienced physios: you’re looking for a place to elevate your practice, grow a niche, or transition into a more integrated, athlete- and movement-focused setting.
If you get excited by words like strength, speed, load management, return-to-play, sprint mechanics, performance rehab, and long-term development, you’ll feel at home here.
