About the Opportunity:
We are an established clinical group with an 8-year track record of compliant billing with WSIB, TELUS Health, and HCAI. We are currently finalizing our regional roster for a major public healthcare assessment tender covering key corridors across Toronto, York, Peel, and Halton regions.
We are seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Physiotherapists (PTs) to join our mobile evaluation team on a per-case, independent contractor basis to cover client needs across Toronto, Vaughan, Brampton, and Milton.
How the Work is Structured (Per Case):
70% RemoteReviewing historical medical files, analyzing job demands, and writing the final functional/vocational report from your own home office.
30% -In-Person: Conducting targeted, efficient physical, functional, or in-home baseline assessments within your preferred local territory (e.g., matching you only to cases within Toronto or down towards Milton based on your location).

Requirements:
* Active registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO) OR the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
* Access to a vehicle for local regional travel (30% of the case structure).
*Strong report-writing skills with a focus on objective, evidence-based functional data
Note: Candidates must be willing to provide their College registration numbers and sign a conditional letter of intent to be included on the upcoming contract framework.
