We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect to help shape and evolve our technology landscape. This role plays a critical function in aligning technology strategy with business outcomes, while maintaining the flexibility to adapt as organizational priorities evolve.
The successful candidate brings broad enterprise architecture experience, with demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-domain environments and drive architectural outcomes as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you will operate at an enterprise level, guiding architectural direction across multiple domains while balancing near-term delivery needs with long-term strategic outcomes.
You will:
- Lead and influence technology decision-making, ensuring architectures are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with business strategy
- Act as a true enterprise generalist, shifting across business domains (store, digital, merchandising, supply chain, finance) to ensure architectural consistency, integration alignment and reuse of capabilities across the enterprise
- Partner closely with business, product, and technology leaders to ensure architectural direction supports customer experience, user experience, operational efficiency, and growth.
- Shape and recommend modernization pathways by assessing current-state complexity and defining pragmatic transition strategies towards the target-state.
- Proactively assess the current-state architecture to identify cross-domain gaps, risks and inconsistencies across systems.
- Support the solution delivery lifecycle, providing architectural guidance and oversight while empowering Domain and Solution Architects
- Define, enforce, and operate the architecture governance processes, ensuring decisions are traceable and consistently applied.
- Identify and address gaps in architecture documentation, ensuring core artifacts and roadmaps are current, accessible and aligned across domains.
- Proactively identify opportunities for technology simplification, rationalization and consolidation.
- Lead roadmap and architecture modernization workshops

What You Have to Offer
Experience & Education
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in Enterprise or Senior Architecture roles
- Demonstrated experience operating in complex, large-scale environments with multiple domains, stakeholders, and legacy constraints
- Experience working within modern architecture frameworks and repositories
Domain & Technology Experience
- Demonstrated experience across retail technology landscapes, including store systems, digital commerce, and enterprise platforms
- Experience designing or governing architectures that span multiple domains (store, digital, merchandising, supply chain, finance), with a focus on integration and end-to-end flows
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, data flows, and interoperability across distributed systems
- Experience working with or modernizing legacy systems within hybrid environments
- Experience contributing to the maturity of an Enterprise Architecture practice, including defining standards, improving governance, and enhancing artifact quality
- Experience mentoring architects and supporting the development of domain and solution architecture capabilities
