Clear View Cleaning is hiring Seasonal Field Technicians for the 2026 season.
This is a fast-paced, physically demanding outdoor role for individuals who take pride in precision, professionalism, and high standards. We specialize in professional window and exterior cleaning — and our results are meticulous. We expect our team to operate at that same level.
What This Role Involves
This is a mobile, field-based position. You will operate a company truck daily and travel to multiple scheduled residential and commercial properties.
Services may include:
- Window cleaning
- Gutter cleaning
- Siding cleaning
- Roof cleaning
- Other exterior services as directed by your Crew Leader
Duties:
At each property, you will deliver detail-oriented services such as window cleaning, gutter cleaning, siding cleaning or roof cleaning. You will need to represent the company professionally, build customer rapport, walk clients through the service, and handle any challenges that arise during the day.
Using hand tools such as squeegees, glass scrapers, brushes, water-fed poles, leaf blowers, etc.
You’ll work outdoors in summer heat, rain, wind, and cooler fall temperatures. The work is physical — ladders, lifting equipment, and staying active throughout the day.
This is not a slow-paced job. We move with purpose, maintain high standards, and expect professionalism at all times.
Requirements
- Valid Full G Class Driver’s License (Ontario) – required
- Comfortable operating company vehicles daily
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Available for the full season: May 1 – November 30
- Physically capable of outdoor labor
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
Previous exterior cleaning experience is an asset — but we train the right people with the right attitude.
