About us and Position

We are on a mission to improve our community, the lives of its members and the lives of our employees. Using these specialty services to help improve lives and communities. We use great attention to detail and ensure a productive project, keeping our customers satisfied from when they reach out to us, to the ending of their project.

We are looking for a Skilled Laborer to help on these projects and train to become a Lead Skilled Laborer. Working with knowledgeable guidance, building a career from the ground up and creating great projects. Detailed training and installation procedures to help ensure all installation information is laid out on every project.

Work alongside the owner of this small business to help strategically build our outreach and workforce . Your hard work will be noticed and build a greater Northern Ontario.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Help build landscapes such as interlocking driveways/walkways, block retaining walls, soil/sod/gravel
Help install flooring such as epoxy, plank, hardwood refinish, and more.
Use procedures as laid-out.
Ability to lift over 50 lbs and keep a steady work pace throughout the day.
Work as a team and alone on comfortable tasks.
Vehicle to get to worksites daily on time.
Communication of problems, solutions and relaying we have communicated successfully with you.
$22 - $25 per Hour: Starting Wage.
40-60 hours per week (some weekend work as needed).
Work on goals to reach higher positions, more responsibilities and higher pay rates.
Learn and use detailed installation instructions.
Work on out of town projects as needed in Northern Ontario (work vehicle carpool travel paid and accommodations paid).
