CONTROLLER / OFFICE MANAGER
Experience Required
We are seeking an experienced financial professional who:
- Has experience in dealership, automotive, RV, or inventory-based businesses
- Understands bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Has experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Can help support the growth and financial success of our dealership
Full-Time or Part-Time Position Available

RV SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Experience Required
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working on RVs, trailers, automotive, marine, or related products
- Be skilled in diagnostics, repairs, electrical systems, appliances, plumbing, and general maintenance
- Take pride in quality workmanship
- Be dependable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Full-Time Position Available
Competitive compensation based on experience.
LOT ATTENDANT / RV OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Responsibilities include:
- Moving and positioning RVs and trailers on the lot
- Preparing units for customer delivery
- Maintaining lot appearance and cleanliness
- Assisting with inventory management
- Washing and detailing RVs as required
- General dealership maintenance and support duties
- Assisting the sales and service departments as needed
- Assisting with RV pickups, deliveries, and lot organization
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely move and park trailers and RVs (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Forklift experience is considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the RV, automotive, powersports, transportation, or equipment industry is considered an asset.

RV SALES PROFESSIONAL
Experience Required
We are looking for an experienced salesperson who:
- Has a proven track record in RV, automotive, powersports, or related sales
- Is highly motivated and customer-focused
- Can effectively manage leads, follow-up, and closing opportunities
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Is comfortable using CRM and dealership software
Full-Time or Part-Time Position Available
Compensation includes salary plus commission with excellent earning potential.
