Grow the Business. Build Relationships. Manage the Project.
Relief Restorations is looking for a confident, driven and highly organized Sales & Project Manager to help generate new business, develop long-term referral relationships and manage restoration projects from initial contact through completion.
This is a true hybrid sales and project management role.
You will be expected to actively generate new opportunities through outbound sales, relationship building, networking, referral development and consistent follow-up. You will also take ownership of assigned restoration projects, coordinating clients, estimates, schedules, scopes and documentation to help ensure work is delivered professionally.
This is not a passive account-management position. A key part of the role is actively growing Relief Restorations' client and referral network and converting opportunities into work.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, being out in the community, solving problems and taking ownership of results.

As a growing local company, we're looking for someone who wants to have a meaningful role in building the business rather than simply filling a position.

- Performance-based bonuses tied to business development and results
- Full-time, permanent employment
- Extended health care

You will be responsible for developing new relationships, maintaining an active sales pipeline and consistently following up on opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Prospect for new clients and referral partners throughout Winnipeg and surrounding communities

- Maintain consistent contact with established referral partners
- Work with management to develop and improve sales strategies
- Track sales activity and results to identify which efforts are generating work
- Provide regular updates on leads, opportunities, meetings and business development activity
Success in this role is not measured simply by the number of calls or visits completed. The goal is to develop genuine professional relationships, create opportunities and convert those opportunities into profitable long-term business.

Generating the project is only the beginning.
You will help ensure that clients and referral partners receive a consistent, professional experience throughout their relationship with Relief Restorations.
Responsibilities include:
- Act as a primary contact for assigned clients and referral partners
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships
- Respond to client questions and concerns professionally

- Identify opportunities for repeat business and additional services
- Maintain relationships even when there is no active project
- Represent Relief Restorations professionally during meetings, site visits, events and other interactions
- Help ensure clients and referral partners feel confident recommending Relief Restorations
Our goal is not simply to win one project. We want to develop relationships that lead to repeat work and long-term referrals.
Project Management

You will work closely with management, Lead Technicians and field staff to keep projects organized, clients informed and crews productive.
Responsibilities may include:

- Review project requirements, scopes of work and client expectations
- Assist with project estimating and scope development as appropriate
- Coordinate schedules, crews, equipment and project resources
- Communicate project requirements to field staff
- Conduct jobsite visits and progress check-ins
- Monitor project progress and identify issues that require attention
- Maintain communication with clients throughout their project
- Coordinate project changes and communicate updated requirements
- Help ensure photographs, notes and required project documentation are completed
- Communicate with property managers, contractors, adjusters and other stakeholders when applicable
- Help keep projects within approved scopes, schedules and budgets
- Support field crews when client communication, decisions or additional coordination are required
- Help resolve project issues professionally and efficiently
- Participate in project close-out and final client follow-up
- Help ensure each project meets Relief Restorations' standards for quality, safety and customer service
You will not be expected to know every technical aspect of restoration on your first day. Training will be provided to help you understand our services, scopes, processes and technical requirements. You will start with outreach and move into project management from there.
