Suly Group is expanding our team in Ontario and we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Managerwith a strong background in automotive retail or dealership vendor relationships. Suly Group is a Canadian-based automotive marketing agency specializing in sales and service retention strategies for automotive dealerships. We help dealers increase customer loyalty, retention, and long-term revenue through strategic marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealerships and manufacturer partners
- Meet and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory
- Conduct regular in-person dealership visits with consistent follow-up
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to grow accounts and increase revenue
- Maintain CRM activity and ensure post-sale client satisfaction
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of automotive retail sales experience, must be recent
- 3+ years B2B sales experience .
- Experience working in or selling to automotive dealerships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
