What You’ll Do
We believe in a quality-first mentality. We don't want you rushing through jobs. We want someone who can slow things down in a service environment, thoroughly diagnose issues, and ensure the client's needs are exceeded.
- Diagnose, service, and maintain residential and commercial irrigation systems.
- Communicate professionally and confidently with our team and clients.
- Work independently with minimal supervision or collaborate effectively with the crew.
- Bonus Points: If you have experience with Landscape Lighting or Outdoor Audio, we want to hear about it!
What You Bring
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on irrigation experience (required).
- Mindset: Self-directed, results-oriented, flexible, and adaptable.
- License: Valid Class G Driver’s License with a clean abstract (required).
- Location: Ability to reliably commute to Hamilton, ON (required).
