Property Maintenance Landscape Technician

Full-time seasonal position | $20-30/hour, based on experience
LP Landscape Plus is growing our Property Maintenance team. We’re looking for a reliable Landscape Technician who takes pride in clean, high-quality work and wants to build a long-term career in landscaping.
What you’ll do
- Perform mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, pruning, mulching, and seasonal cleanups
- Maintain residential properties to a consistent professional standard
- Operate and care for landscape equipment
- Protect customer property, plants, irrigation systems, and hardscape
- Support winter operations, including snow clearing, sidewalk plowing, de-icing, site inspections, and winter property care as assigned
- Help keep crews organized, productive, and on schedule
- Identify property concerns, equipment issues, and enhancement opportunities
- Communicate professionally with teammates, leaders, and customers
- Complete assigned training and continue developing your landscape skills
What we’re looking for
- Previous landscape maintenance experience preferred
- Willingness to participate in both summer maintenance and winter snow operations
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in changing weather
- Ability to work safely and maintain a steady pace
- Attention to detail and pride in finished work
- Ability to follow direction, accept coaching, and work well on a team
- Valid driver’s licence preferred
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work and lift materials safely
