Construction Foreman – Fine Lines Landscape & Designs
Location: Kingston, ON and surrounding area
Position: Full-Time, Seasonal (with opportunity for year-round work)
Fine Lines Landscape & Designs is an award-winning, environmentally conscientious landscape company specializing in high-end residential landscapes. We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and is committed to delivering exceptional results. This is not just a labour position—we're looking for someone who can confidently lead a crew, solve problems on site, and uphold the quality standards our clients have come to expect.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a hardscape construction crew
- Organize daily tasks and maintain an efficient workflow
- Read and execute landscape plans and specifications
- Oversee excavation, grading, base preparation, and compaction
- Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, and natural stone features
- Ensure projects are built accurately with proper elevations, slopes, and drainage
- Oversee landscape finishing work, including soil preparation, planting, and mulching when required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Communicate effectively with management regarding project progress and site challenges
- Complete required documentation in the company app, including before
-and-after photos, job notes, materials needed for the next visit, equipment requirements, and recording any client payments received What We're Looking For
- Previous experience leading landscape construction crews
- Strong knowledge of hardscape installation practices and industry standards
- Ability to operate construction equipment and power tools safely
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to problem solve and make sound decisions in the field
- Professional attitude with clients and coworkers
- Valid driver's licence (DZ licence considered an asset) We Value People Who

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
