Office Manager – Outlaw Eagle Manufacturing Ltd.

Outlaw Eagle Manufacturing is looking for an organized, proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations that keep our business running efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to busy environments, improving processes, supporting employees, and helping a growing manufacturing company stay organized.

If you're someone who likes variety, takes ownership, and enjoys solving problems before they become issues, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Business Operations

Oversee daily administrative operations.
Develop and improve office procedures and internal processes.
Coordinate company documentation and record keeping.
Assist management with special projects and operational improvements.
Help departments stay organized and operating efficiently.

Human Resources

Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
Assist with recruitment and scheduling interviews.
Support performance review and training processes.
Help foster a positive workplace culture.

ERP & Systems Management

Maintain and organize our ERP system.
Ensure customer, inventory and production data remains accurate.
Coordinate improvements to business systems and workflows.
Assist staff with ERP processes and day-to-day troubleshooting.
Support inventory and operational reporting.

Technology & Office Support

Provide first-line assistance for computers, printers and office technology.
Coordinate with outside IT providers when necessary.
Manage office software, equipment and digital organization.
Help employees troubleshoot basic technical issues.

Marketing & Social Media

Manage Outlaw Eagle's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
Create and schedule engaging content showcasing our boats, manufacturing process, customers and company culture.
Capture photos and videos around the shop, at events and during customer deliveries.
Monitor engagement and respond to inquiries when appropriate.
Work with management to develop marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
Maintain consistency across our digital platforms.

We're Looking For Someone Who

Is exceptionally organized and detail oriented.
Enjoys improving systems and solving problems.
Has experience in office administration, operations or business management.
Is comfortable learning and managing software systems and ERP platforms.
Has strong computer skills and can troubleshoot common technology issues.
Is confident creating content and managing social media platforms.
Communicates professionally with employees, customers and suppliers.
Can prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Is proactive and takes initiative without needing constant direction.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with ERP software.
Experience in manufacturing.
HR or personnel administration experience.
Marketing or social media management experience.
Photography or video editing skills.
Familiarity with Shopify, Microsoft 365, Canva
