Job Summary
We are recruiting an experienced General Manager - Manufacturing for a full-time, permanent leadership opportunity in Milton, ON. This role is ideal for a results-driven manufacturing leader who can provide strategic direction, strengthen operational performance, and lead multiple departments through measurable process improvement.
The General Manager - Manufacturing will report directly to the Vice President and oversee department leaders across HR, Finance, Production, Quality, Operations, and Sales. This is a high-impact opportunity within an established manufacturing environment that values accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and strong leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership, direction, and management across manufacturing operations, production, quality, sales, finance, HR, and related business functions.
- Develop, implement, and enforce policies, procedures, KPIs, operational standards, and process improvements aligned with business objectives and annual budgets.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and hold department managers accountable for performance, communication, collaboration, and measurable results.
- Identify operational gaps, improve efficiency, increase productivity, strengthen profitability, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor business performance, quality issues, RGA activity, supplier relationships, customer relationships, sales opportunities, and operational investments.
- Prepare monthly KPI reporting, business updates, recommendations, and presentations for senior leadership.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $150,000 to $160,000 per year.
- Bonus opportunity.
- Full-time, permanent direct hire opportunity.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
