We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to perform day to day transactions, including sending EFT payments to our valued partners, preparing and compiling a variety of reports.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5pm.
What You Will Do:

Process bills and invoices for vehicle sales related services;

Perform daily EFT payments in NetSuite;

Investigate and resolve any irregularities;

Prepare general ledger postings and statements;
-
Provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints;

Process incoming and outgoing mail;

Answer incoming phone calls.
What You Will Need:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related certification is a must;

Requires 3 years’ experience;
-
Demonstrated high level of initiative and self-direction, flexibility and ability to adapt to change;

Strong analytical problem-solving skills;
-
High attention to detail and accuracy;

Ability to multitask;
-
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills;

Experience in MS Office Suite, with proven advanced-level skills in Excel spreadsheets;

Proficiency in NetSuite is an asset;

Experience in the car auction business an asset;

The base pay range for this position is $47,000.00 - $55,000.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
