Optometric Assistant / Patient Care Coordinator
Full-Time | Mon–Fri | No Weekends | Paid Training | $18–$24/hr
We are a modern optometry clinic providing elevated, patient-first eye care. Our clinic combines exceptional clinical standards with a friendly, boutique experience for patients.
This position combines patient reception, clinical support, and administrative tasks, with opportunity to grow into optical sales and eyewear advising.

What you’ll do
- Greet and check in patients
- Answer phones and book appointments
- Assist with pre-testing eye exams
- Support optometrists during patient flow
- Provide contact lens instruction
- Process billing (OHIP + private insurance)
- Update patient records
- Help with inventory and office organization
What we’re looking for
- Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in a busy, people-focused environment
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and willing to learn
- Customer service or admin experience an asset (not required)
- Interest in healthcare, fashion, or eyewear is a plus
- French is an asset
Compensation
$18.00–$24.00/hr depending on experience
