Abode Wellness Collective is a growing virtual multidisciplinary wellness clinic dedicated to making mental health and whole person care more accessible, practical, and sustainable.
We believe wellbeing is interconnected. Our approach considers the mental, physical, lifestyle, and social factors that influence how people feel and function.
As we expand our multidisciplinary team, we are looking for a Naturopathic Doctor who shares our commitment to compassionate, evidence informed, individualized care.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a flexible virtual independent contractor opportunity for an ND who is interested in growing their practice within a collaborative wellness setting.
We are particularly interested in practitioners with experience or interest in:
- Women's health and hormonal health
- Stress, anxiety, and burnout
- Digestive health
- Sleep and energy
- Nutrition and lifestyle support
- Perinatal and postpartum wellness
- Preventative health and sustainable lifestyle change
The successful candidate will have the flexibility to establish their availability while benefiting from AWC's existing virtual practice infrastructure, marketing, community outreach, and opportunities for internal referrals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive naturopathic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans within your professional scope of practice
- Provide evidence informed naturopathic care, which may include nutrition and lifestyle counselling and other appropriate naturopathic modalities
- Educate clients on preventative health, lifestyle practices, and sustainable approaches to wellbeing
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with psychotherapists and other healthcare professionals when appropriate and with client consent
- Maintain professional registration, liability insurance, and all applicable regulatory requirements
- Remain current with evidence, standards, and developments relevant to naturopathic practice
There will also be optional opportunities to participate in educational resources, community initiatives, workshops, and other projects as AWC continues to grow.
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario
- Eligible to provide naturopathic care to clients in Ontario
- Current professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Comfortable providing virtual care
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative multidisciplinary environment
- Commitment to ethical, evidence informed, client centred care
Experience in women's health, mental wellness, digestive health, hormonal health, nutrition, or perinatal care is considered an asset.

COMPENSATION
This is an independent contractor position compensated through a percentage split of collected client fees.
The advertised hourly range represents approximate practitioner compensation based on appointment fees, duration, and type. Client volume and a minimum number of hours are not guaranteed.

We are looking for someone who is warm, reliable, collaborative, and passionate about helping clients make meaningful and sustainable changes to their wellbeing.
This opportunity may be particularly well suited to an ND who currently maintains their own practice or works in another setting and is interested in gradually building an additional virtual caseload within a multidisciplinary team.
