Job Summary
The Vehicle Delivery Specialist will conduct all aspects of the delivery process for both new and used vehicles. The Vehicle Delivery Specialist will greet all customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure that the delivery process is conducted smoothly and efficiently. The Vehicle Delivery Specialist will explain the many features of new Toyota vehicles.

What you offer
Job Responsibilities:
Guide customers through our unique delivery process by explaining vehicle features, technology and benefits
- Ensure the used or new vehicle is ready for delivery to the standards of the company –Ensure that all aspects of the delivery process are completed effectively and efficiently (remove and install license plates, touch up fingerprints/smudges, etc.); maintain delivery board
- Provide exceptional customer service: follow sold ordered cars and notify customer of any changes to delivery, answer technology questions i.e., hook up phones, garage openers, etc
- Send TSS email, register Aeroplan Points, Make the Date Every 8 in Infostream
- Explain the documents connected to the vehicle and vehicle operation and lease/finance contracts as applicable
- Ensure that each customer is satisfied with the delivery and performance of the vehicle
- Deal promptly with customer complaints and/or concerns
- Ensure deliveries are arranged in time slots/ enter showroom accordingly
- Ensure sales managers/representatives are provided with any and all relevant updates pertaining to the customer’s satisfaction
- Organize and file paperwork consistently for each delivery
- Conduct courtesy calls following delivery at the following intervals: day after delivery, 2 weeks, 1.5 months
- Send Podium invite, request TPE Score
- Coordinate and send out electronic birthday cards
- Provide customer with information to conduct Customer CSI and Google reviews and request clients to complete reviews
- Organize delivery files for commissioning
- Assist in setting up customer’s Bluetooth, navigation systems and other technology features
- Conduct follow-ups on appointments and deliveries
- Present vehicle and products in a professional manner
- Stay in tune with technology advancements and updates (Android and Apple Product Knowledge is an asset)
- Attend and actively participate in scheduled sales department meetings; month end wrap up
- Attend training /seminar courses as required
- Promote every aspect of the Tony Graham Automotive Group
- Adhere to the Vision, Mission and Values of the company
- Stay informed of the company, industry and competitive changes and development
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures of the Tony Graham Automotive Group
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation (i.e., Employment Standards Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, Human Rights Code, Highway Traffic Act, etc.)
- Any other responsibilities as required and/or as assigned
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY:
- To comply with Occupational Health & Safety requirements.
- Maintain knowledge and ensure that work is in compliance with the provisions of the Act, the regulations and all health and safety policies, programs and practices, as they pertain to the workplace

- Ensure that they do not engage in any prank, contest, and feat of strength, unnecessary running or rough and boisterous conduct.
The successful candidate will have the following:
Qualifications/Skills:
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to deal with customers
- High energy level with an excellent attitude- smile easily
- Attention to detail
- Completion of Secondary education
- Valid driver’s license and clear driver’s abstract
- OMVIC sales license in good standing (or willingness to obtain)
- Computer proficiency: IPad/ tablet
- Customer focused- able to create and maintain customer relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure attention to detail
- Maintain professional business attire and appearance
- Follow delivery from point of sale all the way through delivery
- Toyota Technology Expert Certification
Education & Qualification
- Minimum High School Diploma
Experience
- 1-2 years’ minimum experience
Language
- Fluent in English, oral and written
- Bilingualism, an asset

- Mature personality and sound judgement skills
- To act in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
- To maintain a positive work environment and recognize that this is a shared responsibility and includes recognition, respect, co-operation and open communication.

Monday – Friday: 09:00 am – 04:00 pm Or 1:00 am - 08:00 pm

$17.60 per hour
