GRAPHIC DESIGN ROLE & WHAT TO EXPECT:
We are looking for a passionate graphic designer to join our team. You will be in charge of designing for over 18 different brands that span hospitality, automotive, construction, recruitment, restaurant and real estate sectors.
As a creator you will need a strong attention for detail and be well-versed in drafting graphics and content for print, digital, billboard and social media.
Being in charge of so many diverse brands, you will need to possess a high tolerance for shifting priorities and rapidly changing tasks and projects, and have an ability to gather ambiguous input, ideas, elements, and client requirements and transform it all into compelling art!
You will be the design lead on digital, print and packaging campaigns as well as being flexible to carry out various guerrilla marketing campaigns for our clients. You will work on stationary, directional signage, invitations, music posters, and more.
Reporting directly to: Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Schedule projects and be able to work in fast pace environment with multiple deliverables
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas with minimum guidance
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for various graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director/director of marketing to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after numerous edits and feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Requirements and skills
- Proven graphic designing experience in poster, print, online and logo creation campaigns
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics [social media, print ads, online ads,]
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such Adobe Acrobat Creative Suite, Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign
- Familiar with After-effects digital video editing and production [social media and reels]
- Drone experience would be asset
- Familiarity with AI Generator tools: Claude, Bing ai, Google Flow, NanoBanana, Grok, Chat GPT,
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Knowledge of print material treatments like CorePlast, Vinyl, Alumicor, foamcore,
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically, under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Pay: $53,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
