People & Operations Coordinator

Blue Mountain / Collingwood, ON | Full-Time

We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves people. Someone who gets excited about finding great talent, welcoming new team members, creating an incredible employee experience, and helping build a company that people are proud to work for.

This is not a traditional HR position. You’ll spend your time recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, supporting our restaurant managers, visiting our locations, developing our teams, and ensuring every new hire is set up for success from day one. You’ll also play a key role in our operational success by overseeing procurement, supplier relationships, purchasing, and food costing to help maintain quality, consistency, and profitability across our restaurants.

What you’ll do

Recruit, interview and hire exceptional team members across multiple hospitality concepts.
Coordinate onboarding, orientation and employee documentation.
Support managers with coaching, employee development and performance reviews.
Build and maintain a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Source products, manage supplier relationships and obtain competitive quotes.
Coordinate purchasing and procurement while ensuring quality and value.
Manage recipe costing, menu costing and food cost analysis.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability, reduce waste and increase operational efficiency.
Work closely with ownership on new initiatives, process improvements and future growth.
