Victoria is an incredible city, and offers a lot of variety for every lifestyle. From incredible year-round weather versus the rest of Canada, to water everywhere, fishing, boating, the big city of Vancouver shopping, and incredible restaurants.
Victoria sees little to no snow over the winter. In fact, last winter, we had no snow at all. But when we do see snow, it’s maybe a few centimeters, a few isolated days during the winter months – but it melts the same day. And every now and again over the winter it might dip to just below zero (like -2) for an overnight low.
The city of Vancouver is just a hop, skip and a jump by ferry in just over an hour. Or puddle-jumper. You can jump on a bobsled converted into a float-plane if you’re into that as a method of crossing faster. But a large majority of people from Victoria visit Vancouver on the weekends.
The major metropolitan city of Vancouver, and surrounding areas, offer everything any lifestyle could possibly want, including the USA crossing into Seattle by vehicle from Vancouver, or a ferry direct from Victoria in just over an hour.
But with Victoria being a little big city, lots of greenery, mountains, water, and amenities – why would you really want to leave Victoria for the weekend?

What We Need from You:
- Previous leadership experience (GSM or high performing Sales Manager)
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and team performance.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills—you know how to motivate and hold people accountable
- Deep understanding of the finance department and strong ability to structure deals
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with PBS and dealer management systems
- Aggressive operational leader who drives uncompromising execution and builds high-performance culture
- Preference given to those with prior Chrysler Sale Management experience.
