Receptionist - Saskatoon North Hyundai

Permanent - Full Time

At Saskatoon North Hyundai, we’re looking for a friendly and energetic Receptionist who loves delivering great customer experiences. You'll be the first point of contact, creating a welcoming atmosphere while supporting administrative tasks like data entry, reporting, and front-desk coordination.

We’re looking for someone who is organized, outgoing, detail-oriented, and eager to learn—someone who brings positive energy and a team-first attitude every day.

What you'll be doing:

Operate the telephone switchboard to answer, screen, and forward calls professionally
Provide information to customers, take messages, and schedule appointments both over the phone and in person
Greet and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional front-desk experience
Support the sales department with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
Tracking Sales and Service opportunities
Assisting sales department with inventory
Other administrative task required

What we're looking for:

Outstanding over the phone and in-person customer service skills
Highly organized and accurate, with excellent multi-tasking skills
A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems
A solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Accounts payable experience is considered an asset
