Our projects are primarily on commercial & industrial buildings in Edmonton, Calgary, and smaller centers across Alberta. We have deep expertise in solar, EV charging, battery storage, and LED lighting upgrades.

Key Accountabilities:
- Installation & commissioning of solar systems on flat roofs, pitched roofs, and ground mount systems
- Installation & commissioning of EV chargers, underground conduit, etc
- Installation of associated electrical equipment including cable tray, conduit, wiring, inverters, battery banks, breakers, panelboards, splitters, disconnects, etc.
- Work at heights & in inclement weather (wind, rain, sun, cold, heat)
- Assist in installing commercial electrical systems, including EMT, rigid conduit, MC cable, lighting, and distribution equipment
- Read and follow electrical blueprints, single line diagrams, and layout drawings
- Pull wire and cable, complete basic terminations, and support rough‑in and finishing stages
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all site safety rules, PPE requirements, and lockout/tagout procedures
- Operate tools and equipment such as conduit benders, knockout sets, power tools, scissor lifts, and boom lifts (where certified)
- Keep work areas organized and contribute to daily site cleanup
- Communicate effectively with team members and coordinate work around other trades
- Assist with labeling, documentation, and material tracking as required
- Demonstrate ongoing learning, professionalism, and willingness to take direction.
Secondary Accountabilities:
- Ensure work is completed safely. Ensure you and direct reports are adhering to safety policies (internal and external).
- Ensure work is completed with utmost quality. Ensure direct reports are adhering to quality control process. Ensure the finished product is completed professionally and safely.
- Be self-sufficient.
- Maintain Equipment: If a tool, lift, vehicle or other equipment is broken, unsafe, or needs attention, bring it to your supervisor’s attention and plan to get it repaired.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues using expertise and electrical testing equipment.

Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of commercial electrical experience
- 1+ year of commercial solar experience
- Class 5 driver’s license with clean record
- Electrical Safety Training System ESTS/ Arc Flash training
- Fall Arrest, Aerial Work Platform, CSTS safety tickets
Qualifications & Experience

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
Experience:
- Solar: 1 year (preferred)
- Commercial Electrical: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Drivers License (required)
- Journeyman and/or Red Seal Electrician Certificate (required)
