Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, collaborative, and professional Administrative Assistant to manage day-to-day office tasks and support our operations. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage foundational communication channels, and assist our financial team with basic processing and coordination duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication: Answer incoming phone calls professionally and manage day-to-day client communication.
Office Organization: Maintain an organized workspace and manage incoming/outgoing documents (both digital and physical mail).
Data & Scheduling: Keep client data accurately updated in our systems and schedule meetings/appointments for the team.
Financial Support: Assist with Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes and handle processing payments securely.
Payroll Support: Assist the team with introductory processing and organizational payroll duties.
Collaborative Dynamics: Ability to work smoothly within a team model while maintaining the initiative to work independently.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: No previous accounting or formal administrative experience required; customer service experience is highly preferred and considered a strong asset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Excellent organizational habits and close attention to detail.
Basic computer literacy (comfort using email, scheduling tools, and data entry).
Ability to handle private client documentation discreetly and maintain confidentiality.

Job Details:

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible
