Role/Location Specific

Keyera’s Northern Allowance is a tiered incentive program based on years of service, currently offered to employees working at the following locations: Grande Prairie Office, Wapiti, Simonette, Gold Creek, South Cheecham, and Fox Creek Terminal. Keyera is looking for an Analyst to join the Position Management team within the larger Finance organization. Following a recent large business acquisition, Keyera is navigating a period of stabilization and integration of these new assets. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic group focused on supporting that transition while preparing for a major systems evaluation project.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Management of timely and accurate daily/monthly reporting of Mix positions recorded within the ETRM RightAngle application for a specific region
Reconcile and balance mix inventory locations against 3rd party statements and shipper balances monthly
Liaise with Supply, Credit, Risk, Contract Control, Settlement and Accounting team members to resolve and eliminate issues impacting exposure, accounts payable, accounts receivable and settlement
Proactively support the schedulers and traders to ensure the Mix position is accurately reflected in RightAngle
Analysis of tariffs and transportation pricing
Ad hoc analytical assignments and reporting as required
Provide training and support within Position Management team to ensure consistency, accuracy, and development

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products and experience with RightAngle/Entero or other similar ETRM systems would be beneficial
Highly motivated with strong financial, analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Goal oriented and able to contribute as a team player with a positive attitude
Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines
