Dual-role position bridging office administration and physical warehouse operations to support daily activities and departmental communication.
Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professional etiquette.
Perform administrative data entry, document proofreading, and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
Required proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and QuickBooks.
Handle shipping and receiving by processing inbound/outbound orders, tracking stock counts, and logging discrepancies.
Assist with basic bookkeeping practices, including invoicing, billing, and expense tracking.
Ability to safely lift and move warehouse materials weighing 25 to 50 lbs.
Possession of a valid driver’s licence is required and considered a strong asset.
Provide exceptional customer support and service to clients, vendors, and internal staff.
Coordinate appointments, manage calendars, order office supplies, and maintain clean, organized, and safe office and warehouse spaces.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and transition smoothly between desk tasks and physical labor in a fast-paced environment.
Strong typing skills focused on speed and accuracy, with excellent attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
