Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations within our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant and food service experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests. Prior experience in restaurant management, hospitality, or hotel settings is highly valued. The Food & Beverage Manager will play a key role in driving operational excellence and fostering a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage operations to ensure high standards of service and quality.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain consistency and excellence.
Manage staff scheduling, interviewing, training, and performance evaluations to build a motivated team.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Oversee POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling accuracy.
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to optimize profitability.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus that meet guest preferences and industry trends.
Lead by example in hospitality standards, including serving guests professionally in various settings such as restaurants or bars.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the food service environment in accordance with health regulations.

Experience

Proven supervising experience in food service or restaurant management roles.
Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices.
Hands-on experience with POS systems like Micros POS; cash handling skills are essential.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with team management, interviewing, and training skills.
Background in hospitality or hotel environments is preferred.
Familiarity with restaurant operations including serving, barista duties, and kitchen workflows is advantageous.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills. Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
