WR Display & Packaging is a one-stop shop for small retail and e-commerce businesses. We provide the products our customers need to package, display, and ship their merchandise with confidence and efficiency.
As a leading distribution company, we supply retail shopping bags, shipping boxes, cash register supplies, display products, store fixtures, and a wide variety of other retail and packaging essentials. Our customers include independent retailers, e-commerce businesses, and organizations across many industries.
Our Calgary showroom and distribution centre is conveniently located in southeast Calgary at 2355 52 Ave SE. This facility is one of three warehouses serving Western Canada, with additional locations in Winnipeg and Kelowna. From our Calgary location, we assist local customers with in-person orders and pickups while also fulfilling and shipping online orders to customers across Canada.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our close-knit team. In this role, you will play an important part in delivering customer service by:
- Assisting customers with product inquiries and availability
- Entering and processing orders
- Preparing orders for invoicing
- Creating invoices and communicating with customers
- Assisting customers picking up their orders
- Supporting online and in-person sales activities
Because we are a small team, we believe in a "pitch-in" culture where everyone contributes to the success of the operation. During quieter periods, you may assist with light duty warehouse activities.
Our Work Environment
We operate two customer service areas within our facility:
- Sample Room: Where customers can view products, ask questions, and place orders.
- Pickup Desk: Where customers collect completed orders.
You may work at either service point and will also have opportunities to assist in other areas of the business as needed.
