What You'll Do

Serve as the first point of contact for Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support requests through our ticketing system, phone, email, and Microsoft Teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and user issues from initial diagnosis through resolution.
Escalate complex issues while maintaining ownership and communication throughout the support process.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot RingCentral cloud telephony solutions.
Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access within Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and licensing.
Configure and deploy Windows workstations, printers, peripherals, and other end-user devices.
Support Windows Server environments and virtualization platforms.
Prepare equipment and user access for new hires, employee transfers, and offboarding activities.
Install software, replace hardware, and assist with office technology moves and network equipment installation.
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to improving the IT knowledge base.
Identify recurring issues and recommend proactive improvements to enhance the user experience.

What You'll Bring

2+ years of Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support or help desk experience.
Experience troubleshooting and supporting Windows environments — hardware, software, workstations, Windows Server, virtualization, and networking.
Familiarity with help desk or ticket management systems.
Experience administering Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, user-friendly way.
A collaborative approach, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and travel as needed
Ability to work on-site full time, Monday to Friday (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) and overtime as required

Nice to Have

Experience with RingCentral or another cloud telephony/VoIP platform.
Networking knowledge including connectivity troubleshooting, routing, and network hardware.
CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, Microsoft certifications, or similar credentials.
PowerShell scripting or automation experience.
Basic Linux administration knowledge.
Broader systems administration or infrastructure experience.
