Triumph Industrial Process Ltd., a locally owned and operated business in Nisku is seeking a Sales/Estimator for their busy Machine & Welding Shop. Working in a fast paced environment the ideal candidate will have previous experience estimating all manor of Oilfield parts and experience with hands on manufacturing.

The Sales / Estimator for Triumph Industrial Process is responsible for driving sales growth initiative to retain and grow accounts profitability and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. Their duties include serving as a point of contact for customers, building customer and company relationships, quoting & estimating, meeting sales quotas and increasing current customer base.

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide customers with quotes, pricing and presentations in line with customers needs and specifications.
Provide customer service to accounts, while negotiating rates in the best interest of both the company and customer.
Cultivate long term relationships with key account decision makers.
Achieve targeted sales growth, increasing customer base year over year while expanding sales in focused category.
Conduct sales calls and provide product support as needed.
Collaborate with Lead Shift hand, Processing Lead & Machine Shop Manager to prioritize scheduling and job urgency.
Liaise with senior management team to review monthly sales profitability & opportunities.
Utilize full ERP functionality (JobBoss2) to accurately estimate, route & schedule jobs.

Skills & Qualifications

Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to effectively present products and solutions to customers.
Demonstrated ability to successfully close sales opportunities.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve client/job challenges.
Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal.
Great organization ability & attention to detail.
Knowledge of current and common industry best practices.
Strong computer skills.

Required Experience

Five years of industry specific account management/sales experience.
Five years experience in estimating all aspects of Metal Fabrication for Oilfield related jobs (including but not limited to metal processing, welding and machining).
Journeyman Machinist or equivalent experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business is considered an asset, but not required.
Valid drivers’ licence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
