Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative functions. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success.

Duties

Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Handle filing, document proofreading, and ensure proper organization of office files and records
Assist with bookkeeping tasks and basic financial record keeping
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Support medical or dental office operations if applicable, including patient check-in/out and insurance documentation
Ensure adherence to office policies and procedures to promote a productive work environment

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Strong computer skills with experience in data entry, proofreading, and document management
Familiarity with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is preferred
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and communication abilities
Clerical experience, including filing, front desk operations, and handling multi-line phone systems
Ability to type accurately and efficiently with attention to detail
Previous medical or dental office experience is a plus but not required; relevant training will be provided for the right candidate
Demonstrated ability to support administrative functions with minimal supervision

Pay: $16.70-$22.00 per hour
