Sr. Accounting Manager
Location: Remote in Windsor, ON
About Us
We are a fast-growing Los Angeles–based accounting and advisory firm that does things differently. Our clients expect precision, responsiveness, and practical solutions — not theory, unnecessary meetings, or endless bureaucracy. Internally, we operate the same way: clarity over noise, systems over chaos, and accountability over politics.
Traditional accounting firms burn people out with long hours, mindless busywork, and a lack of meaningful responsibility. That’s not how we work. You won’t fill out timesheets just to prove you exist, sit in endless meetings that accomplish nothing, or get buried under mountains of meaningless paperwork.
Instead, we focus on practical accounting work, client impact, and career growth — giving you meaningful responsibility from day one, exposure to interesting businesses, and the chance to develop the skills that will make you a future leader.
As we grow, we are looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to join our team. We’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership of client relationships, lead team members, and help drive the success of our firm.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with clients while taking on increasing leadership responsibility within the firm. You will lead client conversations, oversee deliverables, mentor team members, and contribute to the operational development of a rapidly growing firm. The position is well suited for a professional seeking a long-term leadership path with meaningful influence over client relationships, team development, and firm growth.
We are looking for candidates who are experienced, accountable, client-focused, and excited about building something meaningful. If you thrive in a high-performance environment and want to shape the growth of a dynamic team, this role is a great fit.
