We’re a fast-growing fencing installation company known for delivering top-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. We’re currently looking to add a reliable, hardworking Fence Installer / General Labourer to our team.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
About the Role:
As a Fence Installer / General Labourer, you'll play a key role in our on-site installation team. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and is eager to learn and grow within our company. Experience in fence construction or woodworking is preferred, and familiarity with hand tools is essential. If you’re motivated, punctual, and enjoy working outdoors with a great crew this job is for you!
You’ll work alongside experienced crew leaders who are committed to training and supporting your development. We value teamwork, safety, and quality craftsmanship in everything we do.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation and repair of fences, gates, and related structures
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Interpret basic blueprints and site plans to ensure accurate project execution
- Support site preparation, digging, mixing concrete, and post setting
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
- Handle and transport heavy materials (e.g., concrete bags, wood, fencing components) safely and efficiently throughout the workday.
- Follow all safety guidelines and uphold company standards of quality
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in fencing, carpentry, or general construction preferred
- Comfortable working with tools and performing physical outdoor work
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced supervisors
- Valid driver’s license is an asset

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
