Cam Clark Auto Group is looking for a high‑energy, customer‑focused Sales & Finance Manager to lead our front‑end operations for our Kamloops Mazda dealership in BC.

In this hybrid role of Sales & Finance Manager reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will spend your time coaching and leading the sales team, as well as managing Finance & Insurance (F&I) processes. This role is ideal for a strong sales leader who also understands the importance of compliance, financial accuracy, and smooth deal flow.

You will be accountable for:
Sales Management
- Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Drive showroom performance and ensure process adherence, CRM usage, and timely follow-up.
- Support desk deals, pricing strategies, trade appraisals, and closing assistance.
- Analyze sales KPIs, pipeline health, and traffic trends to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation, promotions, and inventory exposure.
Finance & Insurance (F&I)
- Present financing, leasing, warranty, and protection product options to customers.
- Submit credit applications, secure approvals, and structure profitable, customer‑focused deals.
- Complete contracts, disclosures, and bills of sale with accuracy to ensure timely funding.
- Maintain strict compliance with provincial regulations and lender requirements.
- Build strong relationships with lenders, insurers, and warranty partners.
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ automotive experience in sales management and/or F&I (both preferred).
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of credit adjudication, regulatory compliance, and dealing documentation.
- Proficiency with dealership CRM, DMS, and F&I software.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Other Details:
Pay Range Offered: $42,000 up to $200,000 per year
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
Work Time: 9:00am to 6:00pm
Total Work Hours: 40 hours in a week

- Do you hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record?
