Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.60/hour
Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.10/hour

We are currently hiring General Labour & Packaging Associates for our client in Brantford, Ontario.
This is a hands-on factory and warehouse environment involving candy and chocolate packaging, assembly, product handling, and general labour duties. Previous warehouse or production experience is an asset, but candidates looking to gain experience are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities
You may be responsible for:
- Unpacking products from cardboard boxes, including chocolate and candies.
- Performing hand assembly functions on an assembly line by unpacking and repacking products into boxes or displays.
- Transporting raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually or using powered equipment.
- Making boxes and displays and applying stickers or labels to products as they move along the conveyor belt.
- Labeling or sealing repackaged boxes when required.
- Packing pallets with finished products.
- Cleaning and organizing the work area at the end of the shift as directed.
- Performing other general labour duties as required.
Work Environment
- Primarily working in a factory and/or warehouse setting.
- Fast-paced production and packaging environment.
- Standing for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Regular walking, bending, stooping, and lifting.
- Repetitive physical work may be required.
Who We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic ability to read and write in English.
- Comfortable performing physical and repetitive tasks.
- Able to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety focused.
- Previous warehouse, production, packaging, or general labour experience is an asset but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/factory environment.
Pre-Employment Requirements
- CSA-approved steel-toe safety shoes are required.
