We are currently seeking an experienced Drywall Finisher for a temporary 8–12 month position in Victoria, BC, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements.

Position Summary
The successful candidate will perform drywall finishing, repairs, and restoration work on residential and multi-family construction projects throughout Victoria and surrounding areas. The ideal applicant takes pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Complete drywall finishing, taping, mudding, sanding, and repairs
- Perform restoration and patchwork to match existing finishes
- Frame and board ceilings, bulkheads, and columns as required
- Repair drywall patches to original finish standards
- Match and blend textured ceilings and walls seamlessly
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate professionally with customers, site staff, and team members
Qualifications
- Extensive drywall finishing experience
- Strong repair and restoration skills
- Experience framing and boarding ceilings, bulkheads, and columns
- Ability to complete high-quality taping and finishing repairs
- Skilled in matching and blending textured ceilings and wall finishes
- Knowledge of Firestop Systems is considered an asset
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
