About Pathways Therapy Services
Pathways Therapy is a multidisciplinary practice dedicated to supporting families with high-quality, individualized therapy. Our team specializes in speech and occupational therapy, case management, and family advocacy. Your Role
As a valued SLP on our team, you’ll:
- Deliver individualized and consultative therapy and assessment services
- Access our robust admin and resource support—so you can focus on your clients
- Collaborate with our talented team of SLPs and multidisciplinary professionals
- Enjoy ongoing opportunities for professional growth and mentorship
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and craft individualized treatment plans
- Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy to help clients unlock their communication potential
- Track client progress and adjust plans to keep things moving forward
- Work alongside a diverse team to ensure holistic, client-centred care
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices
- Build strong, positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues

What We’re Looking For
You’re a self-motivated, effective communicator who is passionate about helping others. We’re looking for someone who has:
- A Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- (Or eligibility for) registration with the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC
