At Island Kids Dentistry, we do things differently. We're a fast-paced, highly supportive pediatric dental practice in a prime location near Uptown in Victoria. We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable Licensed Dental Assistant to join our amazing team.

Why This Role is Unique
This isn't your average LDA position.
You'll work in two exciting clinical environments
Our Pediatric Clinic
Help create positive, fun dental experiences for kids while delivering exceptional patient care alongside an experienced and upbeat team.
Our In-House Surgical Suite
Assist closely with our specialized general anesthetic team and gain hands-on experience in hospital style dentistry and advanced procedures.
We also host an Oral Surgeon 1-2 days each month for wisdom teeth extractions and complex oral surgery procedures, giving you exposure to advanced surgical assisting you simply won't find in most practices.

You are:
- Licensed as a Dental Assistant in BC
- Reliable, punctual and positive
- Calm, friendly, and great with kids
- A strong communicator who thrives in a team environment
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy practice
Experience with digital dental systems is an asset, but personality and attitude matter most
