Job Description
- Support and maintain Oracle MICROS POS systems, including Enterprise Management Console (EMC) configuration, programming, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Administer Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Outlook, user mailboxes, email accounts, and Microsoft applications.
- Utilize ticketing tools such as ServiceNow to create and manage incidents, requests, and coordinate with support teams.
- Install and support endpoint security solutions such as CrowdStrike, hotel door lock software, and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Configure and troubleshoot payment systems, including Ingenico Move devices and integrations with platforms such as Elavon and Fiserv.
- Manage IT projects involving system upgrades, patching, and migration across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS issues, perform server maintenance, manage IT inventory, user access, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Support guest technology services such as TV and Wi-Fi connectivity, and manage platforms such as Checkmate, Sonifi AMP, Aruba, Meraki Cloud Dashboard, and Marriott applications.
Education/Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of IT support experience.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices
- Experience supporting hospitality technology systems is preferred.
- On-call availability for critical IT issues.
- Proficient with MAC and OS.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Familiar with a range of software and hardware.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
